The Finca Es Figueral D´en Vicens, is situated between Campos and Santanyi (some 5 car-minuts each), and the beaches ES TRENC as well as Cala Mondragó are quite near, 10-15 min. With its own pool (5x9m), an ideal place for a land holiday, up to max. 4adults and 1 child. Nice private gardens, completely fenced (aprox. 800m2), around the pool terrace with 5 sunbeds and a parasol. Covered furnished barbecue-terrace, with grill, little fridge and sink. Garage with laundry-washmachine and WC/shower .
Upstairs is the living-area (aprox. 85m2), with a big furnished terrace, beautiful panorama-views to the country-side. Completely equipped kitchen, incl. dish-washer, vitro-ceramic 4rings, electric oven, fridge, etc. and a small breakfast-table. Dining-/living room (sofabed), SAT-TV. 2 Bedrooms with double bed (150x190cm), one with WC/shower. WC/bath extra.
Aircondition/heating on request. Climalit windows. Some street-noice, depending on the wind. The owner is living nextdoor, but completely independent.
