Villa Barcares is a lovely semidetached villa close to El Barcares beach, between Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. The property is in an amazing spot in a quiet area and not far from the lovely historical Alcudia old town.
On the ground floor there is a bright hall and a long and light lounge and dining room with views over the pool area. The kitchen is also bright and spacious with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor there is a toilet.
On the first floor up a wooden staircase we find the bedrooms and they consist of three twin rooms; two of the bedrooms share a full bathroom while the other bedroom has a full en suite bathroom and a dressing room.
Outside there is a terrace area with artificial lawn and a lovely swimming pool surrounded by hedged fencing. It is a great place to spend the whole day in and around the pool.
Villa Barcares is a wonderfully relaxing house, not far from the sea and the town of Alcudia. It is ideal for small groups or families.
